Do you really sell both SaaS and one-time licenses?
Yes. Shaili was founded with the intent of offering services across multiple domains and ownership models. Most operators prefer the subscription path because updates, AI and integrations stay current automatically. But if you need to own your software outright — for regulatory, procurement or philosophical reasons — we can do that too.
What's the trial like?
14 days, all features unlocked, no credit card required. We'll help you import a slice of your real data (one menu, a week of waste, a handful of recipes) so you can feel the product working with your operation, not a demo dataset.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We never lock you in.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You always get an export. We keep your account in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation so you can pull recipes, reports and audit logs. After that we delete it.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing is 20% off automatically. We offer additional discounts for independent operators with under 50 covers a day, social-enterprise kitchens and culinary schools — just write to us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, bank transfer (ACH, SEPA, UPI) and invoicing on Net-30 terms for the Hospitality plan. Receipts are itemised and tax-compliant in every region we operate.
